We reserve the right to terminate your use of SWARK.Today at any time for any reason with or without cause and with or without notice to you.

SWARK.Today is a news and media website owned by SWARK Today, LLC, an Arkansas Limited Liability Company. These Terms and Conditions as well as SWARK.Today's Privacy Policy exist on every page of SWARK.Today and your access of any of SWARK.Toda's pages or posts is your consent to those Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By your use of this site, you consent to a choice of Arkansas law and a choice of forum of the Circuit Court of Hempstead County, Arkansas.
