SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEASTERN HEMPSTEAD…NEVADA
AND NORTH CENTRAL COLUMBIA COUNTIES UNTIL 1030 PM CDT…

At 947 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Beirne to 9 miles west of Bodcaw. Movement
was east at 30 mph.
Nickel size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Prescott, Emmet, Rosston, Willisville, Bodcaw, Bluff City, White Oak
Lake State Park, Cale, Patmos, Young, Sutton, Waterloo, Falcon,
Boughton, Mount Moriah, College Hill, Morris, Laneburg and Reader.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

CADDO…NORTHWESTERN BOSSIER PARISHES IN NORTHWESTERN LOUISIANA AND
EAST CENTRAL CASS COUNTIES UNTIL 1015 PM CDT…

At 929 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Fulton to near Ravanna.
Movement was east at 25 mph.
Penny size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Stamps, Lewisville, Plain Dealing, Fouke, Bradley, Hosston, Buckner,
Rodessa, Garland, Ida, Bussey, Ravanna, Brightstar, Canfield,
Bloomburg, Mount Vernon, Lerch, Gin City, State Line and Piney Grove.

a line extending from near Blevins to Fulton. Movement was east at 25
mph.
Nickel size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Hope, Prescott, Emmet, Blevins, Perrytown, Rosston, Fulton,
Washington, Willisville, Bodcaw, McCaskill, Cale, Patmos, Oakhaven,
Sutton, Falcon, Boughton, Mount Moriah, Morris and Laneburg.
