Octavion A. Ceaser was born July 3, 1999 in Texarkana, Texas. He departed this life on October 25, 2019 in Nashville, Arkansas. He was the first child of LaTonya S. Franklin. Octavion was a 2018 graduate of Mineral Springs High School, Mineral Springs, Arkansas. He was kind and loving to everyone.
Octavion loved sports and participated in several sporting activities at school. During his last three years of school, he was the Quarterback for the Mineral Springs Hornets. He regularly attended the Roland Piggee Memorial Baptist Church, where he also participated in special celebratory events.
Octavion was employed at the Pilgrim Pride Processing Plant in DeQueen, Arkansas, where he worked in the Chill Pack First Processing and was also a fork operator.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents LaTonya S. Franklin of Lockesburg, Arkansas and father, Demetrius McDonald of Colorado; three brothers, Dadrick, Ladarius, and Jayonte of Lockesburg, Arkansas; one sister, Shan Sanders; four grandmothers, Katie (Terry) Malone of Frisco, Texas, Gwendolyn (Willie) Tubbs of Texarkana, Arkansas, Laconda Ware of Mineral Springs, Arkansas and Edith Graves of Nashville, Arkansas; a host of aunts, uncles, relatives and friends and a special friend, Kaneisha Henderson; other special people in Octavion’s life, Secilia Blount, Maria Guadalupe Salinas, Jorge Salinas Martinez, Patricia Neal, Legacy and Kanisha Hillery, Tatyana Green, Kanisha, and Gia Webster.
Visitation will 11am-5pm Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Ceaser will lie in state one hour prior to service Saturday. Service will be 2:30pm Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Roland Piggee Memorial Baptist Church, 1415 Highway 27 North, Lockesburg, AR 71846. Burial will be at Graves Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are pending with Hicks Funeral Home, Inc.
