Anthony Flowers, 34 of Hope AR
Mr. Flowers was arrested and charged with theft of property.

1:27 a.m. in the 800 block of Mack Street
Demetrius McClenton 25, of Hope, AR 
Mr. McClenton was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a minor in the 2nd degree, and domestic battery in the 3rd degree.

8:30 a.m. in the 400 block of East 3rd Street
Misty Crossno, 43 of Hope, AR.
Mrs. Crossno was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree.

Friday, August 30
1:00 p.m. in the 1200 block of West 7th Street
Heather Moreno 31, of Hope, AR
Ms. Moreno was arrested and charged with no insurance, leaving the scene of accident property damage, inadequate insurance during an accident, and failure to report accident.

9:07 p.m. in the 1300 block of East 3rd Street
Jerry Ogden, 62, of Hope, AR
Mr. Ogden was arrested and charged with failure to appear and noise abatement.

11:46 p.m. in the 1300 block of East 3rd Street
Juvenile Male, of Hope, AR
The Juvenile was arrested and charged with minor in possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct. 

7:37 p.m. in the 300 block of Washington Street
Iris Luna, 22 of Hope, AR
Ms. Luna was charged with harassing communications.

Decovan Muldrew

12:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Elm Street
Decovan Muldrew, 22, of Hope, AR.
Officers of the Hope Police Department and Agents of the 8th North Task Force conducted a search warrant in the 600 block of South Elm Street in Hope, AR.  S- Decovan Muldrew, of Hope, was arrested and charged him with 4 counts of delivery of methamphetamine, possession with purpose to deliver cocaine, possession with purpose to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of another person’s property to facilitate certain crimes, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearms by certain persons, possession of control substance near certain facilities, and maintaining drug premises. Muldrew was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Clinton Fifar, 38, of Hope, AR
Mr. Fifar was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

Janelle Lewis

5:26 a.m. in the 400 block of East 3rd Street
Janelle Lewis, 28, of Hope, AR
Officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Janelle Lewis, 28, of Hope AR, and charged her with domestic battery in the 2nd degree and endangering the welfare of a minor 1st degree. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of East 3rd Street in Hope, Arkansas. Lewis was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Beyonce’ Nelson

Monday, September 2
4:16 a.m. in the 300 block of East 3rd Street
Beyonce’ Nelson, 20, of Hope, AR
Officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Beyonce’ Nelson, 20, of Hope AR and charged her with possession of controlled substance, speeding, no headlights, expired vehicle tags, tinted windows, driving under the influence, refusal to submit BAC, driving on suspending driver’s license, and no insurance. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of East 3rd Street in Hope, Arkansas. Nelson was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

8:42 a.m. in the 1300 block of East 3rd Street
Deon Johnson, 49 of Hope, AR.
Mr. Johnson was charged with theft of property.
