ROC was this morning’s host for the Hope Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee. ROC took this opportunity to promote their upcoming event, ROCtober Fest.
ROC employees, members, and community supporters showed up to visit with them and enjoy a variety of appetizers, desserts, and drinks. Development Supervisor, Scott Jester and VP of Innovation and Development, Jennifer Block, seemed very enthusiastic about the upcoming ROCtober Fest in Hope this fall.
The first annual ROCtober Fest will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019 in downtown Hope, Arkansas. The festival will feature live music, food, and lots of fun competitions including a chili cook off, a domino tournament and the first ever “ROC Underachievers .5K Crawl.” Along with many other attractions, there will be several activities for the kids to enjoy and vendors will be set up throughout the day.
If you are interested in being a vendor at their festival, please visit -www.rocoh.org/vendor to fill out an application. Entry forms for all competitions may be found on the ROCtober Fest Facebook page and at the ROC website – www.rocoh.org.
Arm bands for the event are only $10 for ages 6 and older, and $5 for children 5 and under. All proceeds from ROCtober Fest will be used to enhance ROC Therapy and Programming Services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
